This License Agreement is a legal agreement between the copyright owner, the Vitolab Software company, (hereinafter, Vitolab Software) and the end user of the software (hereinafter, you).
If you do not agree with the terms and conditions of this License Agreement, you must remove all software products from Vitolab Software and their components from your computer, as well as from any other media and cease using software products from Vitolab Software in any form.
If the terms and conditions of this License Agreement contradict the legislation of the country of your residence, the use of software products from Vitolab Software is prohibited.
The installation and use of any software product from Vitolab Software implies your acceptance of all terms and conditions in this License Agreement.
- Any software product developed by Vitolab Software is shareware unless stated otherwise.
- You may use any software product from Vitolab Software within a certain trial period. After this period expires or prior to it, you must register the software product at Vitolab Software if you want to continue using the software product further on.
- After the registration you are granted the non-exclusive right to use the registered software products on one (or several, depending on the purchased license) computer without the right to sell, rent, lend or give it to third parties under any conditions.
- The unregistered trial version of any software product from Vitolab Software may be freely distributed provided that no changes are made in it. However, neither any person nor any company may charge for distributing any software product from Vitolab Software without a prior agreement with Vitolab Software.
- Any software product from Vitolab Software is distributed "as is". The owner of the copyright for the software product does not guarantee that the software product meets your requirements. You must evaluate if the software product meets your needs during the trial period.
- The copyright owner is not liable for any direct and/or indirect loss related to the use of its software product.
- Nobody, except the copyright owner, may modify, decompile or disassemble any software product.
- The violation of any provisions in this License Agreement results in this license being stopped automatically and may cause criminal and/or legal prosecution.
- Vitolab Software reserves the right to disable this license for any software product or its future versions.
- All rights that are not explicitly mentioned above are reserved by Vitolab Software.
