Alive Organizer uses a huge amount of data. For example, a contact can contain more than 70 fields containing such information as name, company, phone numbers, addresses, e-mails, etc. Tasks also contain many fields: name, start and finish dates, priority, status, etc. Should we mention how difficult it can be to print this information? Someone needs to print only the task names to discuss them at a meeting, while others may need to print all fields.
The developers of Alive Organizer found one of the most optimal solutions. For example, when you need to print a list of contacts (tasks, events, etc.), you can select a template in the dialog box. It's quite easy to select a template as all templates have a description.
For example, when you print a list of contacts you can select the following templates:
- detailed description of the contact (the default template);
- simple contact cards containing brief information or cards showing photos;
- birthday list showing the contact name and birthday;
- business cards;
There are also multiple ways you can print a task:
- Printing detailed information about each task;
- Printing a list of task names;
- Printing a list of task names and dates;
and so on.
The screenshots illustrate but a few of the print features. New templates appear on the Vitolab Software web site as a response of the Vitolab team to all the requests the users make. All users have their own demands concerning the printing, so the company creates more and more templates that can be downloaded and used easily. Just open the corresponding tab and click "Download from www.vitolab.com" - the new templates will be automatically downloaded from the Alive Organizer developer's site and built into the program.
