    My five rules of task's planning in Alive Organizer.

    Patrik Durand's experience of using of Alive Organizer for planning of business and personal tasks.

    I'm doing business and my work deals with communication with a lot of Companies - our clients, different peoples and work of diverse projects in great number.

    Before using of Alive Organizer I had a paper organizer, however it didn't help me to order all business and not to forget about tasks.

    To create a new task I hold the following rules:

    1. In task name I mark the name of client in square brackets, for example "[Consulting Group] it is necessary to work the main moments of strategical union".

    2. The date of beginning - is the day, when I'll work with this task.

    3. More often (if this task isn't meeting or call at exact appointed time), I don't use the time of beginning and end.

    4. I mark the task like priority if it is urgent for example.

    5. In the field Mark, I write the history of this task. For instance, May 10 - sent the offer. May 15 - receive the argued answer and request to consider the additional variants and etc...

    Such simple collection of rules allows me to control all my tasks. In the morning I only look at the number of tasks and then successively decide these tasks.

    But the most interesting is if suddenly the task isn't done I simply change the day of task on that day, when I will work with this task again.

    If I forgot to change the task, it doesn't disappear and is at the list of exceed the time limit tasks. I learn this list and do replanning connecting with my plans on the following days.
